Description

Tai Chi training combining soft movements, deep breathing, and body awareness, guided by Natalie Yarmolovsky, a certified instructor. The training takes place on Sundays at 9:00 AM in Givat HaParachim Park, near the children's playground facilities, in cooperation with the Sports Authority. No prior experience necessary, and participants should come in comfortable clothes with a hat and water bottle. Free admission with advance registration.
