Pilates training adapted for postpartum mothers, held together with your baby in a warm and supportive community space. Classes are limited to up to 8 participants to ensure personal guidance, and take place on Sundays at 9:00 AM at Neve Sheret Early Childhood Center, Cleveland 15 community. Single class cost 45 ₪.
