Description

One-hour aerial yoga workshop in hammocks that relieves joint and back tension while improving flexibility and stability. During the session, we will practice basic movements and gentle stretches alongside relaxation moments, and no prior experience is necessary. The workshop is suitable for ages 13-65 and is led by Dalia Dinai, a certified yoga and Pilates instructor. Location: Yarkon East, entrance from Rokach 94 Street, parking at Maimidion parking lot in its eastern section.
